Rory the dragon and his best friend Flora share a passion for flying and bicycles, so they are horrified when they discover a mountain of abandoned bikes, and even more alarmed when they realise that the rust from the pile is contaminating the drinking water and the water used for gardening by the dragon clan.

More and more children are starting to throw away their sturdy old bicycles in favour of brightly coloured, inflatable, disposable plastic models that look fantastic (and can even fly… sort of), but puncture easily and cause accidents when they crash — details that Evilyn the Entrepreneur couldn’t care less about.

It’s up to Rory and Flora to stop Evilyn’s plans and repair and recycle all the old, damaged bicycles before someone gets seriously hurt.
